New Years being January 1st is a big lie. November 1st is the last day of the business year. The year is practically over now. Now we can all shut down, right? It’s almost the holidays. After November 1st that’s all everyone talks about.

Now, I don’t mean to stop working. Keep working. Just understand that the kind of work you do in the last 2 months of the year should be different. Get a journal and do these 3 exercises:

  • Reflect
  • Revising
  • Reduce
